Shipping & Returns

We have a Flat Shipping Rate policy of $4.00 for orders up to $44.99 (contiguous U.S. territory only) and FREE Shipping for orders over $ 45.00, we do not make money on transportation of goods.

We only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes APO or F.P.O addresses.

If you have any problems with a delivery please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out for you. At Bottega Gourmet customer satisfaction is paramount. Due to this, if you are not pleased with your order, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and we will issue a full refund to the original credit card. Return shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer. All products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and with seals in perfect condition.

If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please send us an email describing the problem and a picture to bg@bottegagourmet.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.Thank you.
